Pranic Healer

I am also a certified Pranic Healer (What is Pranic Healing?) This is a very powerful and effective system of energy healing. The body is a self repairing living entity that possesses the ability to heal itself. The process is accelerated by increasing this life force (prana) that is available from the sun, air and ground to address and balance physical and emotional imbalances.

My Passions

I am also very passionate about the ocean.  Growing up in beautiful Southern California for most of my life, I have lived in constant awe of the oceans beauty, and gravitate towards it every chance I get. I am a mermaid at heart and enjoy all water sports ….surfing, paddling and just about anything that gets me in, on, or near the ocean including beach runs. I belong to women’s paddling group called the South Bay Mermaids. I’m very outdoorsy and fitness minded. I am also the proud mother of two very amazing children who inspire me every day. I live life to its fullest and by nature, have come to peace with where I am and feel grateful for all the good in my life!
