Love is the theme for the month of December. Folks who didn’t think it was possible to find love will have many opportunities for love. Be open to it. You were not meant to go it alone in life. Everyone, if open to love, is meant to have that beautiful, right for you, companion. There will be an amazing beautiful energy of love this month whether you are in a relationship or not… you will experience the energy of love. And remember, when you are in that loving space you are a magnet for love. So watch out!  Be clear in what you want to experience and let go of how it shows up. Be prepared, because if ever there was a time this is the time for love.

Buy some rosewater and spritz it on your self and your environment. Wear clothing that reflects the love that you are…. already.

But most of all be clear on what you want to experience!

The energies of November 2016 will have us revisit all of our = limitations and self-imposed beliefs. Areas where we resist the flow of = life. Life wants to flow freely through us and guide us towards our = greatest and highest blessings. If we resist and limit ourselves with = our self-imposed beliefs, we go against nature and we will feel it in = ways that challenges us. This month will require us to move more slowly = so that we can take the time to reflect, dig a little deeper and uncover = what it is that stops us from experiencing the love, joy and abundance = that is our birthright.  Once we find the hurdle to our greatness, we = can meditate on it, surrender it to the Universe for healing, and then = finally move with grace and ease towards our Divine Light….. The path = of the most Love, Joy, and Abundance.

Every month I will be asking the Keepers of the Akashic Records what we can expect in terms of the energy of the month ahead and what we can do to best harness and navigate our lives in alignment with the energies.

The energy of August will be similar to the energy of a tornado. Take a good look around you because everything you see in front of you now, at the beginning of August, will look and feel different by the end of August. Everything that your soul is ready to release will be swiftly and very easily released during this time. We say “easily” because you are ready and it’s the right time!!!  Fear not, all will be replaced with something far greater than you could’ve dreamed possible. Which will shock you at first, because it’s what you were ready and waiting for, but never could have imagined it coming to you so easily.  This cycle will have you believing in miracles again.
Try to stay grounded as much as possible and in a state of complete surrender to Divine will and Divine order. An attitude of surrender and gratitude for what’s coming are the keys to navigating this August energy. Getting plenty of rest will also help us when we might be called to quickly redirect so that we can best embrace are good.  And most importantly….Remember to breath.

The energy of July will be all about love. Love will be everywhere if we are open to it. Wherever we go we will have the opportunity to express and experience love on a  deeper and more fulfilling level. We are ready for it, say the Keepers of the Akashic Records.  We have done the work necessary on a collective and on an individual level to attract and experience more love. We won’t even have to look for it, love will just appear out of nowhere and straight into our hearts to be opened wider and more profound than we have ever experienced and have shared before.
It will serve us to be kinder to ourselves and others as this experience will have some of us feeling disorientated. There will be a period of  adjustment to having our hearts open so wide. But rest assured,  we will settle into this new way of being and experiencing by months end and especially by year end.
Just be open, ready to receive and eager to share in the love!

Food for thought…. Low-calorie of course

In one of my favorite workshops that I teach called “Awakening the voice of your Soul” I discuss the many ways in which we receive information and some of the ways we block ourselves from receiving information from our Higher Soul. One of our biggest blocks to receiving information from our Higher Soul is our diet.  In order to be a clear conduit to information from our Higher Soul, we need to make sure that we are eating a very clean/ healthy  diet.  No preservatives, no sugar, very little meat, and as much raw fruits and vegetables as possible to name a few. But that also doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice taste. In my pursuit of healthy eating I came across this recipe that I will share with you for a very delicious healthy and nutrient packed dessert.

Protein truffles
1/4 cup chopped Medjool dates (about 7)
1/4 cup hemp protein powder or your favorite plant-based protein powder
2 heaping tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 tablespoon Spirulina…( Found in most health food stores)
1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/4 cup of almond milk
2 teaspoons of coconut oil
1/2 cup of Trader Joe’s 85% dark chocolate

* optional…. you can also add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt for a sweet and salty taste.
* You can also omit the Spirulina, if it’s not a taste you enjoy. Just add a bit more cocoa powder. You can also experiment with different types of flour.

Line a small dish with wax paper and set aside. In a food processor, combine dates, protein powder, oats, coconut flour, Spirulina, Cocoa powder, *salt, coconut oil, almond  milk. Process until smooth paste forms, stopping and scraping down the size as needed. Portion the mixture into 10 pieces about 1 tablespoon each and shape into small balls, set aside.
In a small saucepan, over medium heat melt chocolate. Remove the mixture from heat and let cool for a couple minutes. Using a fork, lower each truffle into the chocolate mixture to coat. Let any excess chocolate drip off before transferring the finish truffle to the prepared dish. Transfer the dish to the freezer until the chocolate sets about 20 minutes. Makes 10 truffles.
