The energies of May 2016 are like that of a butterfly. All the stages that a caterpillar undergoes to become a butterfly….. We have as a collective consciousness, since the year 2012, like the Catapillar have been going through a metamorphosis. For most of us, if we look back there have been many challenges. But take heart, that it was all designed to make us stronger, create more awareness, in many cases wake us up to what really matters and emerge in a new Light… A very different and new way of Being.
In the coming month of May, we will be ready like the butterfly that emerges from his cocoon, not always an easy process, to take flight! We might be wobbly at first, not used to our wings but trust that you are ready. By the middle of the month be prepared to finally soar.  Spread your wings and show the world who you really are. The stronger more aware and filled with a sense of possibility …YOU!
It will serve us to just allow this natural process to occur. Nothing we need to do other than Trust that it is happening. Also, get outside in nature as often as you can.  And Breath.

Food for thought……low calorie of course
An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backwards. So when life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means it is going to lunch you to something great. Just focus and keep aiming.

The energy of April 2016 will be like a breath of fresh air. There will be something very magical in the air in all aspects of our lives. The sky will seem more blue, the sun will shine brighter and the flowers will see more vibrant that we remembered in a while. It will be a fresh start for many of us. Many of our desires that we have been hoping, praying and wishing for, come to fruition in a very magical way. This energy also brings with it much hope and love.It will serve us to have faith and take advantage of the opportunities that come our way. Some that even land in our lap. The keepers are asking us to take a ‘leap of faith’ it’ll all work out in a beautiful and magical way.It will not serve us to cling to anything.  Let go and move through the doors are opening before you. Perhaps even dance your way through them.

Psychic Development Workshop

February 2016

The energy of February 2016 will be a blissful wave of creativity. You will be and feel, inspired to go out of your comfort zone. Perhaps try something new, revitalize an old project in a new direction or make new connections.

Do something that changes the status quo of your life and taps into the creative aspect of yourself. Now is the perfect time. It will be effortless. The universe is backing you 100% in all your creative endeavors.

It will serve us to stay very grounded. This creative energy will give you the feeling of being spacey if you are not doing your part to stay grounded. The keepers remind us to eat healthy and spend more time in nature where inspiration and creativity flows naturally. Just be and let creativity flow through you.

Compassion

Have you ever look back on your life with regret. Wishing you had the knowledge, courage or strength to do a certain experience differently.

Isn’t it time to forgive ourselves and give ourself the same love, kindness and compassion we give others when they needed. After all, we did the best we could with the Light we had in the moment.

So I invite you to try this exercise and set yourself free from the prison of regret that lingers and weighs heavy on our hearts.  It doesn’t serve us to hang onto it.

Armed with heavy dose of compassion, love and kindness make a list of any regrets that still linger in your heart. 

Take a good look at the list. And then destroy it! 

Then make another list of all that you learned from the experience.

Now add to it how you would do things differently.

You can either hang on to that list or destroy it also….offering it up as completion of a lesson learned. 

Now you can go forward, armed with a new awareness, tools on how you can create a different reality and freedom!!

Only being compassionate with ourselves can heal the heavy wounds of regret from our hearts. 

A little compassion goes a long way…..you deserve it!

Greeting,

I hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday Season.  Mine was especially wonderful… filled with family, friends and some very unexpected fun.  Thank you Universe I am so grateful!
Every month I will be asking the Keepers of the Akashic Records what we can expect in terms of the energy of the month ahead and what we can do to best harness and navigate our lives in alignment with the energies.

January 2016

The energy of January, 2016 will feel like a reprieve from being so busy, overwhelmed and pulled in many directions, even if they were great… It was, for most, exhausting.
January will feel as though we are shifting gears. Life will gently start to slow down to a more comfortable and peaceful flow. Any areas that felt blocked or we were too busy to address, will start to move forward in a wonderful new direction. We will also have more clarity, peace and more freedom of movement to do our life from a more peaceful place.
It will serve us to pay more attention to how we feel and to our bodies. To be more compassionate and nurturing toward ourselves and our bodies. Take a nap, get a massage, be a bit more selfish with your time ….Really pamper yourself!  Also, wrap up any loose ends that you were too busy to address. And above all else ….slow down!!!!
